Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing a robust pipeline of prospects.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Coordinate with technical teams to offer solutions tailored specifically to client needs.
Deliver persuasive product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions effectively to close deals.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.
Qualifications
Should have his own car or bike for commuting purposes.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation) or related technical discipline.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in furnace sales, analytical instrumentation sales, or capital equipment sales in the metal industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems.
Must have experience in industrial sales to foundries, castings, metal recyclers, and steel plants.

Results-driven and highly motivated.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Self-starter, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Able to travel frequently within the assigned region.
