Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the JMAG Indian Technical Sales team, working with JMAG, an electromagnetic simulation software developed in Japan by JSOL Corporation. This software is utilized in the design of electromechanical systems such as electric motors, generators, and transformers. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of existing clients across India, identifying and developing new business opportunities within your portfolio, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to drive sales pursuits. You will be tasked with building a pipeline of business opportunities, conducting research on prospective customers" business and technical needs, developing relationships, and implementing sales strategies to achieve new sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and executing sales action plans to meet targets, preparing commercial proposals with the support of technical experts, presenting and promoting POWERSYS products and services, maintaining operational relationships with partners, and updating customer data using CRM tools.
