Job Title: Electronics Technical Specialist Market Enablement

Role Purpose

To act as the technical ambassador for EAPL’s electronic product portfolio in the market by engaging with distributors and dealers, creating awareness about product performance and efficiency, and reinforcing confidence in EAPL’s service infrastructure. The ultimate goal is to enable stakeholders to actively promote and sell EAPL products with complete trust and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Engagement:

• Visit distributors and dealers regularly to showcase EAPL’s electronic product range.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical superiority and efficiency benefits.

• Technical Advocacy:

• Tailor communication to align with sales pitch and dealer needs.
• Address technical queries and provide clarity on product specifications and applications.

• Confidence Building:

• Highlight EAPL’s service infrastructure, prompt response mechanisms, and quality assurance.
• Share case studies and success stories to reinforce reliability.

• Training & Awareness:

• Conduct mini-training sessions for dealer staff on product handling and performance.
• Support distributors in onboarding new dealers with technical know-how.

• Feedback & Insights:

• Capture dealer feedback and relay actionable insights to the sales and product teams.
• Report competitor activities and market trends.

Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related technical field.

• Experience:

• 1–3 years in technical service, product support, or field engineering roles.
• Exposure to dealer/distributor engagement preferred.

• Skills:

• Strong technical understanding of electronic products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Attributes:

• Customer-centric mindset, proactive, and confident in field interactions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Number of dealer/distributor visits per month.
• Product awareness sessions conducted.
• Dealer confidence score (survey-based).
• Reduction in technical objections during sales.
• Feedback quality and actionable insights shared.
