Role Overview :-

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive business for our Lotherme welding electrodes, a specialized product line for wear and maintenance applications. The role demands strong technical knowledge, industrial sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive sales of Lotherme Category Electrodes, achieve targets, and ensure timely collections.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities across M&R (Maintenance & Repair) segments.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.

· Provide Technical Support, Product Presentations, and Application Recommendations to customers.

· Good understanding of Hardfacing, wear-resistant electrodes, and welding processes.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and technical selling skills.

· Strong application knowledge about welding consumables in Sugar, Cement, Steel, Crushers, Mills, Boilers, and Conveyors.

Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering preferred.

· 3-6 years of experience in sales of welding consumables, wear solutions, or industrial products.
