Sales Engineer

AniGears Engineering Solutions is a growing industrial engineering company specializing in power transmission and material handling solutions for steel plants, cement plants, power plants, mining, and heavy industries.

We are looking for a Field Sales Engineer for extensive plant and site visits. This is a field-intensive, execution-focused role involving customer meetings, site coordination, technical discussions, and disciplined daily reporting.

Our Product Range (Important)

The role involves promoting and supporting sales of the following industrial products:

• Industrial Couplings

(Gear Couplings, Pin Bush Couplings, Tyre Couplings, Resilient & Flexible Couplings, Muff Couplings, Disc Couplings, and customized coupling solutions)

• Power Transmission Components

(V-Belt Pulleys, Taper Lock Pulleys, customized pulleys)

• Material Handling Solutions (AniFlex)

(Conveyor Belts, Conveyor Pulleys, Conveyor Idlers, and conveyor-related components)

The candidate is expected to understand applications, interact with maintenance / project / purchase teams, and coordinate technical requirements during site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular plant and site visits to industrial customers
• Meeting maintenance, purchase, and project teams
• Identifying requirements for couplings, pulleys, and conveyor systems
• Coordinating site measurements with draughtsman when required
• Collecting technical details, drawings, and specifications
• Generating enquiries and supporting order execution
• Ensuring daily visit reports, contact updates, and follow-ups
• Coordinating with internal teams for quotations and delivery support

Note: This is not a desk job. Field presence and execution are mandatory. Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 1–4 years experience in industrial field sales / site visits
• Exposure to power transmission / mechanical / industrial products preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Disciplined approach to reporting and follow-ups
• Own two-wheeler / car preferred

Salary & Benefits

• ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed)
