This role bridges the gap between our technical solutions and client needs, making it ideal for someone with a strong engineering background and interest in customer interaction and sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and matching them with the right technical solutions (CAD, simulation, AM). Provide basic technical support and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand product updates and translate them into customer benefits. Participate in creating presentations, proposals, and pre-sales documentation. Attend industry events, webinars, and product training sessions to stay up-to-date with trends and technology. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and understanding of their technical challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). Exposure to ANSYS or other simulation software (project/internship-based knowledge acceptable). Understanding of Additive Manufacturing processes and technologies. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn. Comfortable with client-facing roles and technical discussions. Preferred (but not required): Internship experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or design environment. Certifications in CAD or simulation tools. Basic understanding of the sales cycle or CRM software.
