Sales Director (Retail Tech & Solutions)

You will be joining WovVTech as a Sales Director for Retail Tech & Solutions, where you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans to sell WovVTech's products and technology services. We are seeking individuals with a strong sales background, energy, competitive spirit, and a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in SaaS-based product sales and Cloud-based software solutions services within both international and domestic markets. Your responsibilities will include generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities throughout the sales cycle, addressing complex technology needs within businesses, maintaining a quality pipeline of prospects, and managing relationships with customers. You will need to understand customer pain points, identify solutions, make informed business decisions, create and present proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in consultative selling of technology solutions to mid-market companies, with a strong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS capabilities. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, developing new customer leads, and closing sales is essential. You should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency, and a drive to succeed. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
