Job Description

Position Overview:

Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT staffing and project-based service offerings across India.
  • Identify and onboard new clients across sectors such as BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, and Product-based firms.
  • Take full ownership of business development, account management, and client retention initiatives to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Collaborate with delivery, operations, and recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and client demands to develop competitive go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at corporate meetings, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in

    IT staffing sales

    , with at least 3 - 5 years in a senior leadership role in India.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing large enterprise accounts and achieving consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the

    India IT staffing landscape, MSP/VMS models,

    and client procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to

    Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent

    staffing models.
  • Experience in selling

    IT Managed Services, RPO, or Consulting

    solutions.
  • Existing relationships with top Indian IT enterprises and multinational clients.
