• Own our cold-email inboxes

  – read, prioritize, and reply to prospects with speed and empathy.

• Convert replies into meetings

  – use proven objection-handling and scheduling tactics to turn interest into booked calls.

• Optimize templates & workflows

  – spot patterns, suggest tweaks, and A/B-test snippets to lift conversion rates.

• Collaborate with SDRs & founders

  – pass context-rich notes so sales calls start warm, not cold.

• Report on daily outcomes

  – quick metrics recap (opens, positive replies, meetings set, learnings).

🎯 Must-Haves

• 1+ year managing high-volume cold email or SDR inboxes

  (reply handling & meeting booking).
• Fluent, professional

  written English

  —you catch tone and nuance, not just typos.
• Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.

• Self-managed schedule:

  you choose your working hours; we care about results and fast response times, not a specific timezone.

• Growth mind-set:
