Sales Development Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and committed Sales Development Manager to lead and grow a network of field sales partners.

You will be responsible for hiring, guiding, and supporting your team to achieve consistent business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people management, outdoor sales, and mentoring a performance-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint potential sales partners from local markets
• Train and support them to promote company offerings and close sales
• Motivate the team to meet monthly sales goals through regular field visits
• Guide team members on customer engagement, product knowledge, and selling skills
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure after-sales support
• Track team performance and provide regular updates to management

Who Can Apply:

• Graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or team handling
• Professionals from sales backgrounds like BFSI, telecom, FMCG, or retail
