Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of Bancassurance channel through effective relationship management with bank partners. Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration, premium income, and customer acquisition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (BFSI sales). Strong understanding of life insurance products and services. Proven track record in developing successful relationships with banks or financial institutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
