Sales Development Manager - BFSI

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Your role will involve preparing and presenting sales reports to management with actionable insights, driving lead generation, pipeline management, and ensuring timely closure of deals. Additionally, you will provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews to the sales team while building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
