Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in supporting our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain and update customer communication records using internal tools or CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth order coordination and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and client updates as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Graduate in Arts, Science, or Commerce from an English-medium CBSE background.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic comfort with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Prior exposure to B2B environments, manufacturing industries, or inside sales roles.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
