We have two D2C consumer brands in the haircare space and pet wellness space.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Customer Service Associate located in Hyderabad. The Sales & Customer Service Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating (phone call, emails and text support) with customers, providing exceptional customer service, handling direct sales by converting abandoned cart customer.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales & phone call support
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Sharp eye for patterns and trends (comprehending problems from repeated customer interactions)
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Compensation band: 3-3.5 LPA.
