Role Description The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey, from handling customer calls and following up with them regularly, to resolving issues and collecting feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction via emails, calls and chat channels. Logistics and order management will also be a part of the role. This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Experience Specialist at Ecomous in Hyderabad.
