Position: Front Office Executive
Experience:
β’ 1β3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or guest
relations role, preferably in a wellness center, clinic, spa, or
hospitality sector.
Qualification:
β’ Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or business administration
Reporting To: Centre Manager
Location - Chattarpur
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
β Greets guests and processes Center registration.
β Develop good open communication and rapport with all guests.
β Good in client Handling.
β Should maintain client records.
β Should be sales oriented to achieve the revenue targets.
β Ensure all guest account details are correct and accurate.
β Responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of the treatment center.
β Responds to customer inquiries for information.
β Arrange for services requested by the guest by working with other
departments as appropriate.
β Recognize return guests and ensure all guests expectations are met and
exceeded at all times.
β Stays current with developments in the center by reviewing and updating the
communication log.
β Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
β Sales acumen with a customer-first mindset.
β Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
