Job Description

Position: Front Office Executive

Experience:

➒ 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or guest

relations role, preferably in a wellness center, clinic, spa, or

hospitality sector.

Qualification:

➒ Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or business administration

Reporting To: Centre Manager

Location - Chattarpur

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

● Greets guests and processes Center registration.

● Develop good open communication and rapport with all guests.

● Good in client Handling.

● Should maintain client records.

● Should be sales oriented to achieve the revenue targets.

● Ensure all guest account details are correct and accurate.

● Responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of the treatment center.

● Responds to customer inquiries for information.

● Arrange for services requested by the guest by working with other

departments as appropriate.

● Recognize return guests and ensure all guests expectations are met and

exceeded at all times.

● Stays current with developments in the center by reviewing and updating the

communication log.

● Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.

● Sales acumen with a customer-first mindset.

● Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
