Sales Counselor

SSC LAB is expanding its sales team and is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Counselors who can guide students towards the right academic programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands student needs, and can convert inquiries into enrollments through ethical and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students.
• Understand learners’ requirements and counsel them on suitable government exam courses offered by us.
• Follow up on leads shared by the team and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve the given revenue targets.
• Address basic queries related to courses, batches, fees, and schedules.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Counselor, Academic Counselor, or in EdTech sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.
• Target-driven mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic understanding of competitive exams like SSC and Railways is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

• Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
