As a Counsellor at Skinroots, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients with empathy, clarity, and professionalism at our Raipur branch. Your responsibilities will include: - Counselling walk-in and online clients about available dermatology, hair, and laser treatments. - Understanding client concerns and recommending appropriate solutions in consultation with doctors. - Maintaining client records and ensuring a smooth pre- and post-treatment experience. - Converting inquiries into appointments and appointments into treatments through effective counselling. - Following up with leads and maintaining a daily tracking sheet. - Coordinating between clients and the clinical team for seamless operations. - Ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Graduate in any field (counselling, psychology, marketing, or healthcare preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer interaction roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Confidence in handling client queries and presenting treatment options. - Presentable, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
