Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Counsellor in the Obstetrics and Gynecology (Obs and Gynae) department at CK Birla Hospital, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Counsellor will engage with patients, address their inquiries, and ensure a smooth and satisfying consultation experience. The role involves handling customer service interactions, promoting relevant hospital services, facilitating the sales process, and addressing patient concerns to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to provide exceptional patient experiences
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients and internal teams
• Sales acumen to promote hospital services and facilitate conversion processes
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage appointments, inquiries, and other related tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment
• Prior experience in healthcare or sales roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
