We are looking for a Patient Coordinator for Dr. Chugh practice at CK Birla Hospital & Imperio Clinics, Gurgaon. Role: • Be the primary touchpoint for all patient communication -calls, emails, DMs, walk-ins. • Coordinate consultations, surgery schedules, and follow-up appointments with precision. • Maintain patient records, consent forms, pre-op/post-op instructions, and billing clarity. • Provide timely updates, reminders, and post-surgery care communication. • Work closely with Dr. Chugh, nursing, and digital teams to ensure a seamless patient journey. • Collect feedback and testimonials to improve experience and reputation. • Respect confidentiality, exude warmth, and handle sensitive topics with grace.
