Sales Cordinator

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations by preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely supply and delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging sales, logistics, and customer service, ensuring smooth execution of orders from inquiry to delivery.

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer inquiries, price lists, and product specifications.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and support order processing.
• Communicate with the logistics/supply chain team to arrange timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer communications, and order status.
• Track inventory levels to ensure availability of materials for confirmed orders.
• Liaise with vendors/suppliers if needed for material procurement.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues related to delivery or product quality.
• Generate daily/weekly sales and delivery reports for management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
