The Sales Coordinator at Jibin Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. will play a key role in supporting the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing and sharing quotations, and coordinating site visits. The role involves managing customer data, tracking sales progress, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales, operations, and accounts departments. The coordinator will also be responsible for completing paperwork, maintaining records, and assisting with payment follow-ups. Additionally, the candidate will help with store coordination, checking stock status, and ensuring timely material dispatch. Basic administrative duties and reporting will also be part of the role to ensure overall operational efficiency.
