Sales Coordinator (Female) - 1: Fort, CST

Qualification : B.E Mechanical or Any Bachelor's Degree with upto 2-4 years of Sales Coordinator experience in any mechanical industrial products or pumps.

CTC - 37,000 to 45,000 per month

JOB SUMMARY : To execute all the sales orders as per the satisfaction of the sales team as well as the customer. Also achieve the target of billing on a monthly and quarterly basis as against the target given.

DAILY JOB:

● Check order as per our terms & conditions.

● Prepare sales order & contract review form as per Purchase Orders within 2 days for stock pumps.

● Co-ordinate & follow up with warehouse for execution of orders.

● Inform dispatch instruction to the clients.

● Prepare monthly spreadsheet of unexecuted pending orders received.

● Prepare a dispatch plan for the week and submit it to the Team Leader and SBU Head.

● Follow up with vendors and principals in case there is delay in delivery or for confirmation of delivery in time.

● Putting reminders to customers for payment(email)

● Preparation of documentation related to Sales Order.

● Follow up with the transporter if there is any problem with the transport or coordinate withwarehouse.:Mr Rupesh for finalization of freight charges, packing.

● Giving updates to the sales person with respect to current status of the order by Email

● Approval of documents for manufacturing clearance.

● Weekly review of the unexecuted pending order with team leader and management.

● Placement of back to back orders

● Check KBL order acceptance of B2B orders.

● Invoice to be generated within 24 hours if material collected in person .If in case out and out then the invoice to be generated in72 hours.

● Negotiation for freight for deliveries outside Mumbai.

Action to be taken to be executed as per the pointers mentioned in the minutes of meeting.

REPORTS:

● Prepare a dispatch plan for the weeks and submit it to team leader/SBU head on a weekly basis.

● Prepare monthly spreadsheet of unexecuted pending orders received along with MOM.

● Monthly critical delivery list to be prepared and furnished before 5th of every month.

● Monthly billing projection before 5th of every month.

• Timely Invoice generation and sending documentation-3 days

• Critical list of urgent delivery(monthly) - 5th of every month
• Placement of B2B orders on principal - Immediate
• Approval of documents for manufacturing clearance - Immediate
