Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator in the Sales & Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the sales process efficiently. Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth communication among the sales team, customers, and internal departments, while also tracking orders to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotations, order processing, and documentation. - Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time product delivery. - Track orders and keep customers informed about their order status. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses. - Process customer orders accurately and enter details into the ERP system correctly. - Maintain a database of customer information and generate sales reports and forecasts. - Coordinate with inventory and production teams to ensure product availability for orders. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and communication. - Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts for customers. - Maintain product knowledge to assist customers with technical queries. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support. - Familiarity with the copper and Aluminium winding wire industry or related sectors. - Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in ERP Software & Microsoft Office Suite. - Basic understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
