Job Description

detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on the requirements.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Track and report on sales activities and results.
Support the overall sales process from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum Requirement: Any Degree

Experience & Skills

Should have minimum of 5 years of experience in the similar field.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Good Communication skills in English & Hindi
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Commitment to excellent customer service
