Sales Coordinator & Mis Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery. Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information Required. Keep the Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to concern Head Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Maintains customer relations and satisfaction.
