Job Description

Position Details

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with solid experience in B2B or distribution sales support. The role includes managing 3-4 sales coordinators, preparing advanced Excel reports, analyzing business performance, and supporting the National Sales team with accurate data insights.

Key Responsibilities

Report directly to the National Sales Team/National Sales Manager.
Lead and guide a team of 3-4 sales coordinators.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS, sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Conduct business analysis for B2B and distribution operations.
Participate in business reviews and provide actionable insights.
Track sales targets, revenue, orders, and dispatch status.
Coordinate with internal teams for execution and follow-ups.
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Ensure high accuracy and speed in report preparation.

Required Skills

Excellent Excel/reporting skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards).
Strong understanding of B2B/distribution operations.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team-management ability.
