Job Description: Sales Executive
EXPERIENCE IN MOTORCYCLE DIVISION (EXPORT INDUSTRY)
MALE REQUIRED
Position: Sales Coordinator
Salary: 20000-50000 per month (Negotiable)
Experience Required: 25 years
LUDHIANA CANDIDATE ONLY
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the corporate sales team for daily operations and lead management
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for corporate clients
Handle email communication, follow-ups, and client queries professionally
Maintain and update sales reports, CRM data, and documentation
Assist the sales team in order processing, tracking, and timely delivery coordination
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, and conference calls
Support the team with tender documentation, vendor registration, and MIS reports
Ensure smooth communication between sales, accounts, and operations teams
Build strong relations with corporate clients to maintain service quality
Provide administrative and back-end support for overall sales activities
Requirements:
Graduate (Any stream); MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Prior experience as Sales Coordinator / Corporate Coordination role
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of CRM tools, order processing & corporate sales workflow
