Sales Coordinator

• Should have knowledge in Customer and Client Handling.
• Coordinate regarding sales to the customers and client across the India.
• Should have knowledge of Sending, Receiving, Replying E-mails of Customers, taking follow-ups of orders of customers and Clients.
• Should prepare quote on behalf of sales team and prepare tender and technical documents for the same.
• Should prepare and maintain client and customer databases.
• Ensuring order execution in a timely manner
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure material is dispatched and delivered on time to customers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handling customers to ensure timely deliveries and to ensure their queries requests are resolved.
• Calling existing and new customers and generating leads.
• Following with the service engineers to ensure that they complete their work on time and his work satisfied by the client.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for delivery and dispatch on time and ensuring all have high-quality service and up-to-date delivery to the customer.
• Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Inputting orders in system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales & service queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales & service records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
• Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
