Detailed Responsibilities

Lead Generation
Collect and collate data of prospective customers. Source information through public domain. Generate leads through various means like online research, social media, or net surfing. Lead Qualification: Validate the data. Support sales team to qualify the leads. Building relationships:Responsible for building rapport with prospects and establishing trust. Update CRM application: Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call, including outcomes and any relevant information. Following UP: Responsible for scheduling follow-up calls, sending information, or setting appointments for the sales team to close the deal.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
