Job Description : Sales Coordinator

  • Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with Order booking in CRM portal ,order processing, client follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Order Management: Track orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • CRM Maintenance: Update and manage customer databases and sales records.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Event & Campaign Support: Help organize promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
