Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Regulatory Support

  • Support Plant Health Business to obtain/renewal of sales licenses/approval in

different states of India.

  • Coordination with different warehouse across India (for Plant health Business) for

sales application, renewal, follow up etc.

  • Coordinate with indirect sourcing for warehouse identification, approval / renewal,

onboarding etc.

  • Support each customer/marketer to obtain/renewal of sales licenses/approval in

across different states of India

  • Co-ordinate with EXIM team and update commercial and regulatory teams on import

issues

  • Tracking sample withdrawal by state Agricultural department from various

dealers/distributers and align with customers for next steps and responses.

  • Co-ordinate and update Novonesis commercial, Legal, Regulatory team, quality etc.

for sample withdrawal and status across states.

Sales Operation Support

  • Maintain up-to-date records of supply order statuses and provide high-level

summaries to the Sales Manager at regular intervals.

  • Proactively identify and flag potential challenges in order fulfillment, logistics, or

customer expectations. Work with internal teams to resolve issues and minimize

impact on customer satisfaction

  • Assist sales and technical team in organizing field day and extending back-office

support.

  • Assist marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing regional sales

campaigns, trade shows, and marketing events.

  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, product development, quality, regulatory

and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution of tasks supporting business

goals.

  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and providing updates on

shipment schedules.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product

availability

  • Logistics and Sample Dispatch: Organize and manage the timely and accurate

dispatch of product samples and marketing materials, ensuring proper

documentation and tracking of all shipments.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle cross functional

interactions and stakeholder engagement.

• Knowledge of the Indian agriculture and fertilizer market, including crop patterns and

farming practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize

effectively.

• Willingness to travel different states.
