Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving targets by handling customer communication, order processing, coordination with internal departments, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries and prepare quotations as per customer requirements.
  
• Process sales orders and ensure timely order execution.
  
• Coordinate between sales team, production, dispatch, and accounts departments.
  
• Maintain customer database, follow-up for orders and payments.
  
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports & sales MIS.
  
• Respond to customer emails and follow up on their requirements.
  
• Support field sales executives by providing product details, samples, pricing, and status updates.
  
• Track dispatch schedules and share tracking updates with customers.
  
• Maintain documentation related to sales, invoices, POs, delivery challans, etc.
  
• Assist in preparing tenders / vendor registrations (if required).
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
  
• 1–3 years of experience as Sales Coordinator (manufacturing industry preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, email writing, and documentation.
  
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
