Job Description

As a Sales Support Coordinator at our company located in Nallalam, Kozhikode, your role will involve supporting the sales team to achieve business targets through various activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating day-to-day sales activities to assist the sales team. - Preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation for management review. - Maintaining and updating customer records, sales data, and follow-ups in internal systems. - Ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery by coordinating with inter-state sales teams. - Communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction. - Organizing and scheduling meetings, calls, and sales events as required. - Monitoring sales targets and providing administrative support to track performance metrics. - Ensuring proper documentation of sales agreements, invoices, and other necessary paperwork. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Fluency in Hindi, English, Tamil, and Malayalam. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
