Production Engineer (Shift Incharge)

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising production activities and basic maintenance during the assigned shift to ensure production targets, quality, and safety are met.

Key Responsibilities.

• Supervise daily production on your shift and ensure targets are met.
• Assign tasks to operators and monitor work to maintain quality and SOP compliance.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical issues and log breakdowns.
• Maintain shift records
• Report major issues to Production/Plant Manager and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome(Betch Mech/Diploma Mech.)
• Diploma (Mechanical) / B.Tech (Mechanical)
• Basic knowledge of workshop machines and preventive maintenance.
• Good communication and team-coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Skills & Attributes

• Able to work in shifts and on the factory floor.
• Reads basic mechanical drawings and follows SOPs. (Advantage)
• Safety-conscious and able to enforce PPE and safety rules.
