Job Description – Sales Coordinator
Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Preferred from Polymers , Plastic , rubber Industries, or
education –B.Tech/B.E. in Plastics, Chemical, B.Sc. in Bio-
Chemistry, Chemistry not must
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing
and potential customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer
inquiries and support.
Follow up with Customer’s for reorders
Backend Support for providing quotes to customers &
follow up for orders
On field Sales executive & Mangers to ensure Smooth
Sales executive
Internal Communication:
Coordinate effectively with factory staff to facilitate
order processing and inventory management.
Schedule and attend internal meetings to
discuss sales strategies and performance.
Reporting:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and
familiar with CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with
attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
