Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator – B2C (Travel Industry) Location: Rohini, Delhi Industry: Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, taking timely follow-ups, and transferring qualified leads to the sales team for conversion. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process and ensuring that no hot lead is missed. Key Responsibilities: Connect with potential customers who have sent travel enquiries to us (no cold calling), understand customer interest and travel requirements and take follow up. Identify and qualify hot leads for transfer to the sales team for conversion. Coordinate between customers and the sales executives to ensure a smooth handover. Requirements: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in telecalling, coordination, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English). Good convincing and follow-up ability. Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment. Preferred Experience: Experience in sales coordination, lead follow-up, or telecalling roles.
