Sales Coordinator

Location :

We are seeking a proactive, organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales functions. You will help streamline daily operationsscheduling meetings, preparing proposals, managing customer data, coordinating between teams, and tracking performance. Your efforts will ensure seamless sales activities and boost team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the sales team.
Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and documentation.
Maintain and update CRM/customer data, sales records, and databases.
Coordinating export documentation, logistics, and international communication, as seen in the Export Sales Coordinator job at Early Excellence.
Prepare, analyze, and distribute sales performance reports.
Serve as liaison between sales, marketing, logistics, and support teams.
Handle internal and customer communications responding to inquiries, following up on delayed orders, and assisting with after-sales support.
Support event coordination, trade shows, and sales campaigns.
Assist with onboarding and training of new sales team members.

Qualifications & Skills

Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years in a sales support or coordination.
