Job Description

As a Female Sales Coordinator at the Hyderabad office of an Italian MNC specializing in Pharma Packaging Machinery, located at Kukatpally, Secunderabad, your role will involve: - Supporting the sales team by handling and responding to calls, enquiries, and requests via phone and email. - Managing documentation of sales and collections. - Preparing quotations and understanding technical requirements. - Managing time sheets and travel schedules of sales team members. - Tracking MIS and target achievement, as well as maintaining a database of orders in pipelines. - Managing HR records including leave records, attendance, and personnel documents.
