Sales Coordinator

As a Female Sales Coordinator at Janki Mercantile LLP, your primary responsibility will be to provide dedicated support to our sales team. Your role will involve handling sales-related administrative tasks, facilitating client communication, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to company growth. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with customers and the sales team for order processing and follow-ups, managing inquiries via phone, email, and messages professionally, updating sales records, reports, and customer databases, assisting in the preparation of quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules, supporting the creation of sales presentations and documents as required, and ensuring timely communication and issue resolution with clients. To excel in this role, you must be a female candidate with a minimum qualification of a Graduate degree (preferred). Proficiency in English and Hindi communication, basic knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience in a sales support or coordinator role will be advantageous.
