Tele-Sales
● Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone
● Listen to customers’ needs to generate sales
● Answer questions about the products of the company
● Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities
● Direct prospects and leads to the Sales & Marketing team
● Track and document calls and sales
Sales Administration
● Support the Sales & Marketing team with administrative tasks
● Process proposals/contracts
● Check data accuracy of invoices
● Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
● Communicate feedback from customers to relevant departments
● Follow up for collections
● Coordination of sales and marketing events
● Use Social Media marketing tools for lead generation and business development
● Handling email and support with customer coordination
MIS
● Maintain and update customer records
● Update sales figures
● Prepare reports as per requirements of the Management
