Sales Coordinator

Customer Engagement & Support:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media regarding product information, orders, deliveries, and general feedback.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Mithai products, ingredients, shelf life, and special offerings.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, striving for first-contact resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.

Sales Coordination & Order Management:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including individual, bulk, and corporate orders.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to confirm order details, special requests, and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with the production team to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the logistics and delivery teams to track order status, provide real-time updates to customers, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Manage and update customer order records in the CRM system accurately.

Proactive Communication & Follow-up:

• Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling based on customer interactions and purchase history.
• Communicate promotions, new product launches, and seasonal offerings to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
