Sales Coordinator- Gujrati

Role Overview: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to customer queries, quotations, and documentation. Your role will involve emailing the company profile to new customers, handling customer queries, preparing quotations, generating Performa Invoices, responding to customer queries promptly via email, calls, and messages, managing quotation submission and documentation filing, preparing MIS reports for inquiries, quotations, and sales on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis, as well as performing any other tasks assigned by the management. Key Responsibilities: - Email the company profile to new customers. - Handle customer queries and follow-up for internal Plant & Sales Team. - Prepare quotations and generate Performa Invoices. - Revert on Mails/Calls/Messages on every customer's query. - Manage quotation submission and documentation filing. - Prepare MIS reports for Inquiry, Quotation & Sales on Daily, Monthly & Quarterly basis. - Perform any other activities or tasks given by management. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Proficiency in MS Office applications for preparing reports and documentation. - Ability to work full-time at the specified in-person work location.,
