Designation Assistant / Deputy Manager (Dispatch Role) Department - Supply Chain Location: Ghaziabad Factory, B-1, B-2/III, Industrial Area, Ghaziabad. CTC Budget - 8 to 9 LPA Lead - Dispatch and Logistics Management Function : Operations Experience : 4 to 5 Yrs Purpose of the job Executive - Dispatch shall be responsible for moving incoming finished goods to CDO as per established norms, generating and fulfilling Pls, and for loading goods onto trucks as per customer requirements and SOPs. Tracking important performance metrics and ensuring proper documentation and data entry at every step of the process shall also be critical to the role holder. Key Responsibilities Stock Management Carry out inspection of items received from production as per the posting slip supplied (quantity, batch number etc.) Ensure proper storage of materials post receiving as per internal norms and SOPs Ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of the store as per product requirements and statutory norms Conduct pick list fulfilment in a timely and accurate manner Supervise the functioning of blue-collar operators on adherence to norms and internal guidelines PI Generation Ensure accuracy in and adherence to timelines w.r.t generation of purchase indents Liaise with user teams in accounts and other departments for validation Loading Supervise loading operations of finished goods onto containers as per work order or bill of lading, while adhering to specific requirements of each product Observe and direct loading of conveyance to determine conformance to loading patterns and to prevent shifting or damage to materials or products during transit Prepare and analyze last day reports of finished goods movement from plants Track and report performance data w.r.t. truck placement, truck utilization, lead time adherence, shortage / damages Index, load capacity utilization etc. MIS and Stock Audits Update the company MIS on an ongoing basis, prepare reports as and when required Conduct monthly stock audits to ensure that inventories are managed with accuracy Graduate in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in dispatch Experience Exposure to Order Management, Upkeep of Stores, Loading/Unloading, Packing and stacking norms, purchase indents etc. Experience in Pl generation and/or pick list fulfilment Knowledge of day to day documentation in dispatch, export protocols etc. Experience in data keeping, stock audits, reporting and software use Experience supervising operators in the dispatch function is desirable Education Behavioural Competencies Analytical Ability Continuous Improvement Execution Excellence Conflict Management Stakeholder Management Technical Competencies Stock Management Order Management Dispatch Planning PI generation and fulfilment Loading Norms MS Excel, SAP, MIS etc. Personal Attributes Integrity & Ethics Attention to Detail Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving Self Motivated Collaborative Adaptive Creative
