Fieldiva is a software provider helping businesses automate and optimise their day to day operations. We’re looking for a Female Sales Coordinator to assist with lead management, customer communication, and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls and follow up with potential leads (contact lists will be provided)
Maintain timely and professional communication with prospects
Coordinate between technical and internal teams for smooth sales support
Assist with preparing proposals, quotes, and order documentation
Keep track of lead status and follow-up actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, telecalling, or administrative support
Familiarity with IT/software solutions preferred
Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hindi proficiency is a bonus
Organized, self-motivated, and confident on calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
