Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our B2B machinery sales operations. The candidate will act as a key link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution, strong customer relationships, and achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Sales & Customer Coordination

o Manage end-to-end sales coordination for industrial/machinery products.

o Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation for customers.

o Handle inquiries, order confirmations, dispatch updates, and after-sales follow-ups.

· Documentation & Reporting

o Maintain sales records, order tracking, and customer databases (CRM/ERP).

o Generate sales MIS reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards for management.

o Ensure accuracy of commercial documents (invoices, POs, contracts).

· Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Coordinate with logistics, service, and accounts teams for seamless order execution.

o Follow up on stock availability, dispatch timelines, and payment status.

· Customer Relationship Management

o Maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients in the machinery/automation industry.

o Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when required.

· Payment & Collections

o Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.

o Support finance teams in reconciliation of accounts.

Requirements

· Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales coordination / inside sales of machinery, packaging equipment, or industrial automation.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field.

· Strong knowledge of sales documentation, quotations, and commercial terms (incoterms, GST, etc.).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM/ERP experience preferred.

· Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
