Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries (via phone, email, and online).
• Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the external sales team.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using.
• Develop a solid understanding of the company’s product range and applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Communicate with production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor stock availability and lead times to provide accurate delivery information.
• Track and report sales performance and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns when needed.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining a positive relationship with custom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
