Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Coordinator to oversee and support our

team of marketing executives. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring

performance, organizing field activities, guiding team members, and ensuring effective

lead generation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and guide field marketing executives in their day-to-day

activities.

• Assign and track targets for marketing executives, ensuring timely achievement

of goals.

• Organize and coordinate field visits, campaigns, and client meetings.

• Evaluate the performance of marketing executives and provide feedback for

improvement.

• Ensure proper reporting of leads generated from client visits and campaigns.

• Develop strategies to enhance lead conversion and admissions.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and handle escalations when

needed.

• Prepare regular performance and activity reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing

supervision, or academic counseling (education industry preferred).

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a team, multitask, and meet deadlines.

• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable personality.
