Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator (Fresher) to support our sales team with day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and customer communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and reports.
• Handle incoming inquiries and share basic product information with customers.
• Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and order documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing of orders and deliveries.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and the sales team.
• Track and follow up on payments, pending documents, and client requirements.
• Handle basic admin tasks related to sales activities.
• Maintain good customer relationships through polite communication.
