Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and support activities
• Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO) in MS Excel
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data using Tally (Basic knowledge required)
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and timely dispatch
• Handle client queries via email and phone professionally
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and stock availability

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, formatting, and reporting)
• Basic working knowledge of Tally ERP
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
